Clown kicking up sand/shaking

I know I read something about this before, but I can't find the topic. Anyways, I added a Suntail Goby a couple of days ago and my clown has been acting strange (I know, a clown acting strange right? lol). He is shaking right up next to the goby and kicking up sand. It is not very aggressive as the goby does not run away. The goby just sits there. He even nudges the goby a bit and none of this bothers the goby at all.

I think it may be some kind of territory thing as the goby is the first addition to the tank after the clown. I know other people have seen this behavior, but like I said, I can't find the previous topic.

Thoughts?

territorial for sure, mine do the same thing when a new tank mate is introduced and comes to close to their anemone. personally i think its kinda cool to watch as long as no one gets hurt.
