clown not hosting

I just got the RBTA for about a week now but don't know why my ocellaris not hosting the rbta. Or is my ocellaris too young? he about 4-5 month old.

It all depends on if you ocellaris were tank raised or wild. Everyone seems to think that ANY clown will host no matter what, but TANK rasied ocellaris have probably never seen an anenome in their life so its not a suprise that the clown might not host it at all. Give it time and see if it warms up to it. Some people on the fourms claim the clowns host other corals.

Is it possible that the fish is too young?, that why they not host the rbta yet?

Ocellaris do not naturally associate with e.quadricolor but many will accept them as a surrogate. The age of the clown is irrelevent, it's a coin flip,,,, she may move in,, she may not.
