i was just wondering if it is possible for a adult true perc to pair with a fairly young ocellarius?

yes you can do mixed perc/ocellaris

does it matter how old the ocellarius is before they will pair up? if so how old do you think it should be.

i put them in the tank together and the smaller 1 keeps going up to the bigger 1 and doing a REALLY FAST SHIVVER. what does this mean?
