clown problem

2 weeks ago i did a huge water change, about 90%...emptied out the tank of live rock / fish / corals and placed them all into 2 seperate rubbermaid tubs. well after i put the fish back into the tank, the next day i noticed that one of my clowns left eye is big like its about to pop out. anyone know how to treat
