clown trigger acting funny

My clown trigger is usually vary sociable any eats like a pig, but the past couple days he has meen hiding in the rocks not really swimming like normal. he is kinda pale but no other problems what could be the problem and how can i treat him

Pale sounds like hes stressed, check water quality first, if water quality is up to par then he may be coming down with some disease.
