Clown with eye problem

I just purchased a pair of clowns and one has a swollen eye. Is this popeye. She might have cought the net a little on that side. I'm not sure which side it was. What should I do about it. Should I wait it out since it is only one eye or should I treat it? If I should treat it, what should I use?

If this fish will eat, I would use an antibiotic food. If it won't, an antibiotic in the water of a quarantine tank would be the next best option.
