Clownfish acting strange

Got a clownfish thats been in tank about a week. At first everything was fine, eating good swimming around good. In the last day or so it has quit eating and is staying in one place. I noticed stringy poo and gasping of breath but no other signs.
I've read other post but wanted to get opinions of mine with all the above synptoms. Thanks in advance.

How old is the tank and what are your water parameters?
Stringy poo usually is a sign of internal parasites. Do you have him in the main tank or qt tank?
Usually you can do a fresh water dip to get rid of them or you can use prazipro.

currently he is in the main tank, I just noticed all this in the last day or so. Water parameter as all good. Main tank is a few months old/new. Let cycle for about 5 weeks prior to fish.
