Clownfish and Anemone in 25?

Would a clownfish pair and a bubble anemone be suitable in a 25gallon cube? This would be the only bioload in my tank disregarding corals.

I run carbon, GFO, and macroalgae.

I did when I first started the hobby. If you have compact fluorescent lights just make sure the nem can get higher up towards them if needed.
