Clownfish babies, help!

I have 2 clownfish in my 75g reef tank. There are no other fish (other creatures of course - it is a full reef tank). This morning I noticed that behind 2 of my MJ1200's, there is about 30-40 tiny fish swimming behind the heads (where there is limited flow). The only thing that they could be is baby clowns. I would love to allow them to grow - but have no other tank to transport them to. Is it impossible to keep them in my main tank so that they may survive? Of all of the other creatures I have (hermits, snails, brittle star, copepods and other random animals in a reef tank), is there anything I can do to see if they (or any of them) can survive? Any suggestions at all for giving them the best chance to survive? Will the two clowns eat the little guys?

Thanks Traveller. It was the first time I had seen this, but they looked exactly like baby fish. I don't think they are - look more like Mysids. Thx for the help.
