Hey everyone,
I'm a new reefer here. Our modest, 17-gal tank cycled and we just got a lovely pair of Allardi clowns. They seem to be paired already. One is about twice the size of the other and they seem really happy with each other. They spend their waking time next to each other whenever I see them. (Though they seem to sleep in separate parts of the tank.)
Anyway, since I'm new, I don't have any experience about these fish and I want to make sure that we provide a happy home for them.
Most of the time when I see them, I notice that they spend most of their time in the same spot. They kinda do this little wiggle. They float next to each other and they flip their tails back and forth and they kinda bob up and down. It kinda looks like they're swimming really, really, really hard, but they're just doing it in place. It looks really cute, but of course I'm not sure what it means. Can anyone provide some insight?
Thanks!
