Hello guys,

Well, for my sadness my ocellaris b&w died last thursday.

Brookynella? Velvet? I don't know...heavy breathing, gasping, lethargic, stop eating...

I have been watching the other ocellaris I have...and he is just fine..and eating...but i'm getting a little bit paranoid with all this diseases etc..

My parameters are:

Temp - 26º
PH - 8.3
Amonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 2ppm
P04 - 0 (got cyanobacteria, background (you can watch the oxygen bubbles)

I have :

75g

1x Yellow tang
4x Chromis Viridis
1x SixLine
1x Blenny
1x Goby
1x Ocellaris :(

Hard to tell without a pic of the sick/dead fish. I'd just observe, but be ready to react with a quarantine tank.

When a fish stops eating, it pretty much means medicate or it will likely die.

If unquarantined/untreated fish were ever added to the system something could be in there.

If the fish had a distended belly and or stringy white poop, It could have had Internal parasites and/or dropsy. White spots, possibly ich. Slimy, possibly velvet or brook. No symptoms, could be anything.
