Hello I was wondering if anybody knows how to breed clownfish

Tons of information around here and other places on the interwebz. I would check out some of the breading threads and get as much info as you need.

Basicly you need a two clownfish, mated and a lot of Barry white!

hello my clown fish keep laying eggs however they get to a maturity point (eyes and almost stripes) and then they eat them. This is about the 5 time they've done this. Can I expect this to keep happening or will they finally let them hatch?

Why don't you remove the eggs from the tank and let them hatch in a different tank?

You cant raise the babies in the same tank as the parents, you will need a seperate 10 gal tank for this.

I was planning on staying on this forum, but after reading the 'helpful' comments from others, I have decided to move to a friendlier place.

People come to you to ask for help and not all are IT geeks, but well you don't care do you? Just use search.
Instead of posting the search results, you guys just keep referring around.

Yeah.... really helpful!
So bye :)

O and for all still looking for the answer:

There you go and really THANK YOU to all people constantly referring to 'use the search'.

Thankfully this is not a real life community....
person 1: can you help me find some food?
person 2: use search!
person 3: use search!
person 4: use search!

I thought everyone on here was pretty helpful.
If not for people on here answering some of my questions I wouldn't be raising clown fish fry.

Yeah, real helpful. 15 people telling you to use the search....

You could also answer him WITH the search link.
I thought forums would be friendly places to help people.
Now read this thread back and see if you 'helped' the OP.

 Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Snoop there are plenty of people willing to help , just have to ask something more specific than does anyone know how to breed clownfish. The answer to that question is yes I do!

Folks should be aware that one member's search results link won't necessarily work for another member. Aside from differences in peoples' permissions, search results expire.
While we have a search feature for a reason, we don't encourage people to ignore questions because the asker didn't look first to a search of existing threads.
