Clownfish fading color!

I bought 2 clownfish a couple months ago, a larger and a smaller one. They were doing fine but the male disappeared when I got back from vacation. The female started to start fading and im not sure why. My parameters are good; nothing changed.

Will it get its color back? I am planning to replace it with another pair of clowns. My LFS has 2 types of false percs - one is tank raised (more expensive) and the other isnt...? Which type of clown should I look for?

its a clownish disease that kills the clownish pretty quickly, that or amyloodinium. Either way the fish has small percentage of surviving. Assuming he is still alive, if you can i would do a fresh water dip for 5min more if he seems to take it well. Make sure to acclimate the freshwater to same temp, ph as your tank.

+1

He will die if he doesn't get a FW dip or treatment, so it is better to FW dip him and take a chance then to just let him die.
