what is the best food to feed to clowns, i mostly feed mysis but i have the ORA glo as well. The male i have wont eat the pellets, he takes them in and spits them out for some reason. they both love the mysis though. What is better for them?

Variety. I feed Mysis, bloodworms(only cause my mandarin gobbles them up), Rods, Spectrum, and occasionally i will hatch some bine shrimp for them.

I feed a variety. NLS Thera-A pellets, Prime Reef flakes, Formula One pellets, occasionally some thawed mysis.

A great diet is a very well rounded one. I feed all sorts of things. Frozen Squid, PE Mysis, Shrimp, Cyclop Eeze, Formula 1, flakes and many more things blended into each other.
