Clownfish getting beat up

I have a pair of black ices and the female is beating up the males bottom right fin if that makes sense, he will be fine right? At what point do I need to separate them

Yes, the fin will heal and regrow. As far as when to remove, that is a decision only you can make. But I'm pretty sure you'll know when the time comes.
