Clownfish Gills puckered

Hey so I might be hypersensitive to the issue because I lost clowns that started doing this. But one of my clowns in qt started hanging out in the corner, puckering gills and breathing heavy. Didn't seem to care for food this morning.

My salinty was high, 1.028, I fixed it, then did a water change. The ammonia monitor is showing some ammonia but I dosed prime.

An hour later after vid he is doing better and swimming around. But can someone watch video and tell me if I should be alarmed or no. Note the bigger one swims happily, and no gill pushed out.

I will feed mysis at night and they always love it so that will be telling.

Flukes. Dose Prazipro immediately and aerate the water vigorously

Damn! I will dose when I get back home. Should I transfer fish that don't have symptoms? I have an empty qt running.

Ok I got prazipro in and this big air stone. There was already a double sponge filter air driven. Hope they are ok.

Leave all the fish that were in the tank in for treatment. You will need to redose in anywhere from 5-8 days depending on where they are in the life cycle (no way to determine that) here is a good website to use to figure out when to redose based on water temp and salinity. Everything is in metric FYI

So after medicating twice with prazipro pro, first @.25 mg dose, then @ .50mg dose, the fish are fine. My question though is that the clowns gills still stick out. Cause to worry or no? Do I need to do a third dose?

Gills could be damaged from the flukes causing the gills to be flared. I would keep a close eye on the fish, if you notice head shaking, hovering in one place, not eating or missing food, scratching around the gills, the flukes are still there. Can't tell anything for sure from the video
