Someone had told me it was a photon clownfish? Supposedly in the ocellaris family?

Photons are usually a hybrid between a percula and a occy. If anything, I might say that one is a mocha. Mocha clowns are usually a hybrid between normal occy and a darwin (Black and white) clownfish.

I had normal wild ocellaris from the Philippines as dark as that one long before anybody had the idea to crossbreed ocellaris with darwins to create mochas.

Percula x ocellaris (Photon) look more like C-quest onyx but have the black eyes of ocellaris. I found them often mislabeled as onyx in local stores.

This happens all the time which is a bummer for someone really hoping to get true Onyx clowns.
