Clownfish in QT under medication question

So I didn't have the guts to freshwater dip my clowns but I did buy some kordon ich plus at the store with has malachite green and formalin in it.

I've acclimated the fish via drip method added them. And after an hour they seemed fine so I added the dosage of the kordon product to the tank. I have a powerhead and aquaclear 30 hob on the tank as shown in the picture. Lots of flow.

I'm just hoping there's enough aeration for the fish during the bath. They freaked out initially the instant j out the medication in but calmed down right away. Now they seem fine.

I don't have any airstones but wasn't sure if I should get some. They seem to be chasing bubbles around in the tank but I'm not sure if they going to surface for air. It's rare but I might be paranoid too.

Don't worry about the aeration as the hob filter is breaking the water surface and the powerhead is distributing the water across the tank.. btw, i have a very similar setup and have treated a dozen fish at different times although my preferred medicine in qt is copper and prazipro..
Formaline is very potent so keep an eye on the dosage.. good luck!

It's not pure formalin just 11% formalin and malachite green.

Dosage says I can give every 24 hours. I haven't noticed anything besides the fish rubbing on the PVC so I'm trying to keep ahead of the parasites. I was gonna dose for 7 days. And see how they do.

I do have prazi but since they're clowns I'm expecting Brook more than ich or flukes or other parasites.

I'm treating prophylactically right now. They seem fine. But I could bump it up if I need to guess.

Have you given full dose before they show bad Brook signs?

I treat everything proactively, not worth the risk. Clowns are notorious for brook

On a side note this came out of my tank. I'm not sure if it came out of my clown or crawled into tank. I initially thought it was poop but kind of looks like a bug or parasite. It's about as long as my pinky fingernail.

I'm a noob so it may just be poop they really just started eating recently

Not sure what the bug looking thing was? Yes formalin baths with 37% formalin is what I use. Follow directions on the bottle

I have a product with formalin but also malachite green, can I still increase to 37% ? The product is kordon rid ich plus.
