Clownfish itching eye

One of my clowns (female) scratches one of his eyes on the pump outlet nozzle off and on. Seems to do it a few times every day. I first thought it was flukes and did 2 rounds of Prazipro (at double dosage) but looks like that didn't change much although when the Prazipro was active (within the first 3 days) she was scratching less. I see absolutely no visible symptoms.

there are cases of prazi resistant flukes. a 5 min FW dip will confirm if you are dealing with flukes or not.
