Clownfish Lockjaw

One of my female Bicinctus clowns has developed what appears to be lockjaw. From everything I have read, this appears to manifest itself as a possible Iodine deficiency but I haven't been able to find much info (even in the disease forum) on this issue and how to treat it.

She is in her own 20L connected to 5 others on a central sump and all the other clowns are doing just fine with no signs of any distress at all. Haven't added any new fish to this system in over 8 months and the entire system has been setup for 2 yrs. All water parameters are good to excellent.

Any ideas on the Iodine deficiency? My main concern at this point it she looks fine and was eating until today. I don't feel that adding Iodine to the water as a supplement would necessarily work as I would think this to be a nutrition issue but how do I correct that with a fish who stopped eating?

Any ideas or experience with this?

Adding it to the water would help if it is an iodine defeciency. If you don't have a test for iodine, you may call the LFS and see if they do. Fish don't only swim in water they also drink it. :)

There is a vet in Guthrie who treats fish. I haven't used him/her...forgot who it is but can find out. Perhaps he/she would be a good source of info on this. One of the members of OKAA (aquarium association, not AA) used him/her as a consult for some rescued gold fish that were dropping like flies.

I had a ocellaris that showed similar simptoms after adding him to my tank but after a week he perked back up to normal. No problems since.
