Clownfish muscle spasm

Is this normal? One of my two clownfish goes int spasm near the other.some sort of mating? Or dominance issue? Or just neurotic?

It's being submissive to the other clown which is probably larger and the female and dominance.

LOL. This is normal. It's the smaller of the two clowns that's doing this, right? It is a submissive behavior that seems to halt any aggression from the larger clown.

It is just a submissive sign from the less dominant clown. He's trying to prevent any aggression. Very normal.
