Clownfish Not Eating

I have a clownfish that had a small white dot on it, right behind the head. Some thought it was a lack of nutrition. Now, its not eating, has long stringy white poop, breathing heavy and is staying in one spot pretty much. Any thoughts?

Does he swim with tail up high and face down?

Try using garlic soaked food to entice it to eat and metradonazole for internal parasite treatment... I would use API general cure, it will treat both internal parasites and in case it is bacteria, I think it will treat that too.

It doesn't really swim like that all the time, but it just swims slowly. and the male swims around and seems normal.

Definitely internal parasites. I've used Prazipro with great success. You need to act quickly though as since the fish has gotten to the point where it is no longer eating it has reached the point where it probably will not survive I'm sorry to say. You may want to try a dip in Prazipro. Place fish in a bucket with some of your DT water using an air line and heater add the Prazipro according to the directions for say a gallon of water and place the fish in there for an hour or so. Fish drink water so getting the Prazipro into its digestive track quickly may be your only option.
