Clownfish not interested in food?

I just ordered a pair of tank-bred ocellaris clowns from LA. I have tried feeding them frozen brine, frozen mysis, frozen comprehensive food with all sorts of goodies in it, spectrum pellets, and flakes. They just don't seem that interested in the food. They do not chase down the food, they only try it if it happens to float near them, and even then they usually spit it out.

They are acting totally normal, swimming well. I did not post this in the diseases forum because I do not believe they are sick.

Is there any particular way they like their food? Floating? Sinking?

Am I just over-analyzing and over feeding? I trying a little food 3 times a day.

It's possible that they are still adjusting to their new surroundings. How long have you had them?

I agree.

IME clowns will not eat stuff off the bottom of the tank, well at least the two I have don't touch it unless it is floating. Keep trying various foods. They are not picky eaters IMO, and will eat just about anything. That is, after they are settled in and comfortable (no parameters off or illness present).

I received my tank bred clown pair from Divers Den last Tuesday. The female looked fine but would not eat and on Thursday she had white stringy poop. I treated the QT with Prazipro on Thursday but she was dead on Friday. The male was eating fine the whole time but he had white stringy poop on Saturday and was dead on Sunday. My clowns were the Sustainable Aquatics Extra Black Percs....were yours from SA also?

Mine weren't from divers den, but they were from LA. Tank-bred ocellaris.

I noticed a light-colored poop on one of them, but I am keeping my hopes up.

They are acting fine and swimming around playfully.
