I've been watching my 2 clownfish a lot lately, and I am able to distinguish the dominant one over the submissive one. But what i've noticed is that a lot of the times they dont like to stay together. They swim on opposite sides of the tank. They both also host on a LTA, the dominant one is on the LTA more than the submissive one. Also, the dominant clown sleeps in the LTA and the submissive clown does not. And the last major thing i've noticed is that when im feeding, the dominant clown always chases away the submissive clown away from the food. Other than all of that, they do swim together fine for about half of the time.
