I have two Wyoming Clownfish that I bought at the same time 6 months ago. They never really hung out with each other, but they didn't hate each other either. Now, one clownfish is getting a bit bigger and harassing the other fish. The bigger fish isn't terrorizing the smaller one, I just see them squabble a bit more than they have done in the past. Is this mating behavior? Should I be worried?

I am still a newbie around here, but sounds perfectly fine. How large were they when you got them, how large are they now?
I think you might just have them starting to pair and mature. They may not have been mature enough to have the hierarchy needed for one to naturally start growing into the female. They may only now be coming into maturity where the gender can be defined.

+3 on that being perfectly normal. Are you seeing either one doing the submissive shaking behavior?
Not too much submissiveness. The smaller fish will swim laps around the tank while the bigger fish sits in one spot. If the little guy get close the bigger fish will give a short chase and bite. Then later I'll come by and see them 2 swimming right next to each other. They are acting kind of funny now.

Yea, sounds like normal behavior; but if the biting gets more aggressive, or you see torn fins, remove the injured one.
