Clownfish problem

I got an anemone 2 weeks ago and I got a clown fish about a week ago. The clown fish started to host the anemone about 4 days ago, that's when he stopped eating and will not leave the anemone alone! Hes starting to get dark spots around him im assuming that is from being stung by the anemone. Now he seems to be getting tail rot and just hiding. Ive tried to feed him live brine shrimp, pellets, frozen Mysis. All my other fish are doing well, anemone is doing well, and my sps/lps corals are doing well. What should I do?? :headwalls:

Update hes got some sting marks, im guessing from the anemone and mucous coming off the stings. Is that normal?

Sounds more like some kind of infection, or Brookynella? Was it a wild caught clownfish?

He passed away this morning. I believe he was. I noticed that my salinity is at 1.025 and my LFS that I got him was 1.020.
