Clownfish Rating Curiosity ?

im curious to what grade.. my Booyah's Reef Snow Onyx Clownfish would be rated at on the scale.. Uber? Uberlicious? Tasty? ... Premorific?
Zesty Parmasian Garlic?

but seriously.. i see all these grades that people go by, and was just curious what mine rated at..

Not a fan of these designer hybrids
but if i had to say. the male looks cool. good body shape and mouth structure .
Female looks ok. Just me though

and for the record im not trying to get a grade on them to sell, or whatever i paid what i paid for them cause i love these fish =D and they were exactly wat i was looking for, if i was rich, i would gave my bank account for em... =O just kidding, but seriously, i love this specific pair haaha

with these being snow Onyx, im under the impression they will get more black like a regulare onyx as they get older correct?

pretty sure for 1 to be platinum it has to be white from atleast right behind the head to the tail with almost no break at at all.. these have breaks in em..which makes them partial Snowflake.. with a breed of onyx in them so they are SnowOnyx.. in my terms.

I like the male clown, nice proportion. None of them is premium though.

Those fish are both "premium" in my opinion. I really like the male, you can clearly see the onyx in him! Sweeeeeet fish!!!!

Honestly I haven't been bitten by the "fancy clownfish bug". Same colors just different patterns.
I hate to be Captain bring down but in the end paying 3 times the normal value of a fish to me just doesnt seem like fun.

i think its the uniquness that draws me to them... idk, and even though mine arent THAT unique... besides them being Snowonyx ( idk an outragous amount of people with snowonyx )

I would rate them as Grade A Premium. It's a very nice pair. I'd deduct a very small percent based on the itty bitty dent in the head on the female...hardly noticeable though and I may be mistaken.

Do you know the lineage?

No Idea about the grading but just had to say the male is one awesome looking fish!!

The male is fantastic, my male Rods has a square jaw and my female has only 2 stripes. I guess they are grade B.

Those are premium or close to. However they were bred and raised by Sustainable Aquatics, you may have got them from Booyah. But they came from SA. Very nice I have a pair myself.

Great looking clowns! They look amazing I don't know anything about the grading system on them but they look very good. Their jaws aren't deformed with and underbite or overbite which is good. I have seen too many clowns with those deformities at several lfs's. It might just be me bit I prefer the B&W clowns over The orange ones, with the exception of snow onyx and black ice clowns. I really wish the black ice clowns were all black and white with no orange but that's me lol

I have got to disagree with you a little bit.. Obviously you enjoy them and that is what counts.

I got a designer clown pair.. They are neat.. But not as much fun as my old GSMs..

I love my GSMs but I can't keep them in My reef she is soo mean. She Doesn't bite me though.
