Clownfish red dot under mouth

Hi today I noticed red dot under my clownfish mouth. Can anyone help to identify this problem?

My tank is 60g i have only this clown fish and small yellow tang
and three hermit crabs.
I don't have any quarantine tank.

What are your water parameters?

How long has your tank been running?

Any corals in the tank?

It might have smashed his head to a rock.

It may have just knicked it on the rocks. As long as your parameters are ok and the fish is eating well you might want to give it some time to heal before you do anything drastic.
