If ich is your only concern then just drying may be fine. But there are other pathogens and some of those can "survive" drying.
That's why I always bleach my QT equipment.

I bleached my equipment and wiped down my tank with the bleach water. Full nuke, no regrets. I may just get another bucket and transfer the fish from bucket to bucket instead of putting the tank back together.

Well PraziPro was doing nothing, so far the TTM has kept the fish alive, im sticking with it for now since neither NLS Ick Shield powder or PP were having an effect.
