Clownfish sick.

I bought and QT 2 Clown's about 3 weeks ago and both have been doing fine until tonight when I went in to check on them the smaller one has some fuzz like stuff on his chin. I tried to get some pics and I'm not sure if you can see it too well on them but here they are.






Little guy is the one on the top the bottom one is the big gal.

Is it flat or is it 3D? If it's like a lump, then I don't know what it is but I've seen it before at my LFS. But if it's flat, then more than likely it's just coloration. I've seen a splotch of white coloration on the chin of clowns before.

It is a lump just under his gills on the left side. Same here about seeing it before only on FW fish and for the life of me I can't remember what it is. I'm going to call my old boss at the pet store to see if she remembers what it is and to see what meds they have.
