Clownfish sorting out relationship?

Yesterday I bought a pair of Clarkiis. (Had a pair of A. Perculas but one died and the lady at the store said I'd need to bring the lone one in and get a pair from the same shipment. I think I liked my Perc's better than these Clarkii's but to late now) Anyways, they both share their BTA, darting in and out and going about their business. Every now and then one of them kind of charges at and pecks the other one causing that one to do this twitching thing. Then they go back to swimming around in the BTA. Sometimes they both twitch at the same time. It doesn't look extremely aggressive so I'm assuming they're sorting out their pairing. Is that what's going on?

you assume properly the shaking or virbrating is the male showning thefemale she is dominant and that he wants her

That helps me too. My two tomato clowns were doing the same thing for a little while. This definitely explains things, thanks.
