Clownfish Spot ID

Can you help me identify the spot on my clownfish shown in the picture? In between white bar closest to the head and top fin. Very faint, nothing protruding, otherwise she is very happy.

What can I do to fix it? What to treat? How to treat?

Do I need to quarantine her or both?

Anything I can do to treat in the tank (I have inverts: cleaner shrimp, various snails, 2 emerald crabs, a few mixed hermits)?

Tank Param using Red Sea + Reading off Apex:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0.10
Phosphate - 0.02
Tank Temp - 79
Salinity - 35.2
Ph - 8.26

Only 2 fish in mixed reef thank tank; both clownfish. Pictured one is female.

When was the fish acquired? QT? Where acquired from?

Thanks Steve. Had fish for 4 months now.

Fish seems fine now. Spot is completely gone. I'm wondering if she brushed up against some of my rock work and I gave her road rash or rock rash

Or sand. Keep an eye, if you see a repeat in 2-3 weeks, check back.
