Clownfish Submissive Behavior From the Little Guy (VIDEO)

Nah, just looks like regular behavior to me. How long have they been together? He'll start doing this shimmy & shaking, kinda like having an epileptic seizure. Sometimes both will do it when they're establishing their bond. btw, nice looking pair of clownfish...

Well... I feel like my perc is being way too harsh on the little guy. His fins are getting ripped. I am about to get a breeder to put in there somehow to protect him then I might have to try again with another fish. His tail fin is almost half off... :/
Do you agree that it's not going well? I knew it'd be violent... but I didn't know how bad.

Yea, torn fins are not a good sign. Personally, I'd bring the little guy back to LFS & see if they will swap it out. Then get another smaller one. I've gone thru this countless times & it's difficult to watch, but sooner or later you'll get a compatible pair. Just keep a breeder box handy & close eye on new one. Separate at first sign of mouth locking or torn fins.
