Clownfish troubles

I bought two little ocellaris clownfish today from my LFS and I come home to find one of them is missing, so I check behind my rock, etc, look in my chambers, hes in the 3rd chamber of my 14g biocube.

I net him out and put him in my tank, but he won't seem to come down from the surface, he has his mouth up at the surface with his tail lower, won't swim straight, what do I do? just leave him and hope hes ok? is this a bad sign?

heres a video of him swimming around: http://locke.amazinspace.org/tank/VIDEO_005.mpg

The video isn't sharp enough to diagnose, but if they were wild caught there is a very high probability of brooklynella and the remaining clown should be treated if that's case.

they seemed healthy while they were in the tank at the LFS but after taking him out of the 3rd chamber he didn't wanna come off the top of the tank, the other was only up there to keep him company
