clownfish with lymphocystis

I have a clownfish with lymphocystis. I read that it's not curable and that it can possibly affect other fish in the tank.

My question is, what should I do to make the symptoms go away and do I need to restart my reef in order to prevent my other fish from contracting lymphocystis?

If you are sure your clownfish has lymphocystis than you don't really have anything to worry about. I have had several fish contract this over the years and I have never had any problems. With excellent conditions the signs of it will go away and they may never show symptoms again. The only way it could be a problem is if the growths get so bad that it interferes with their feeding of something like that, which would be really unlikely. So don't worry about it too much.
