Clownfish with parasite(?)

I had my snowflake clown for about a month now. Today I was looking at him and I noticed a whole bunch of white specs. At first, I suspected ich because I have been battling that for around 2 months now. However, after closer examination, the white dots seemed very clumped together but everywhere. This lead me to believe that it was either a fungal infection or lymphonisis. Maybe even clownfish disease. I attached some photos in case it helps! Please let me know what it is and if you can treat it! I do not have a quarantine tank but I am about to purchase one within a couple of days. Thank you!

I'm not an expert, but I've been reading a lot a out marine diseases lately, looks a lot like the start of brook to me, looks (on my phone) like there is some skin/mucus shedding on the bottom left of the pic too?
I'd Qt it ASAP so you can start a treatment once you know 100% sure what it is.
I saved my clowns from a certain death after a massive velvet outbreak by doing freshwater dips twice a day, I think it helps with brook too to relieve some of the parasites. I used trimarin treatment for the velvet, but should work on brook as well according to the packet. Good luck!

Not too sure about what it is on your fish but I used Coopersafe for ick and it worked. You should treat him as soon as possible. These parasites can kill the fish very fast.

It looks like a really bad case of ich to me. It usually comes in combination with secondary bacterial infections which accounts for the lumped together look.
Since Brooklynella can't be excluded either I would give the fish a Formalin bath followed by a transfer to a sterile tank. If it's ich then you have a good number of treatment options, but none of those will do anything against Brooklynella.
