Clownfish with popeye

One of my clownfish has developed pop eye. I've read Epsom salts will reduce the swelling and that you can treat it in a QT tank if the Epsom salts don't help.

Would you guys try to pull the fish out of the display and QT or just leave it in and treat the water for the DT? I don't want to stress him out even more. He eats fine, so I don't know that there's anything else really wrong with him.

But I'd also like to fix it if possible, so I'm looking for suggestions.

I will let others answer what is the best, but I just dealt with the same problem and here is my experience:

It was only one eye which I heard is more often due to an injury. I did not take it out of the DT, but added epson salt direct into the tank. I repeated it every 48 hours. The dose I used was 1 tablespoon per 5 gals of water. The clown fully recovered after about 10 days.
