Clownfish Woes

Ive got a clownfish with what looks like a pimple on his head.

I highly doubt this is ICH from everything I have seen that looks more like polka dots and there is usually more than 1 dot on a fish and dots on more than 1 fish. My coral beauty and yellow watchman show no signs.

The fish has not been stressed, he is eating great, the only addition to the tank is an anemone and some GSP. The GSP was coral RX dipped. Everyone else has been coexisting for MONTHS with no problems.

Salinity 1.025
PH 8.2
Nitrate 0
Ammonia 0

EDIT: Well i found this link that says its probably a run in with something in the tank, not a disease. http://www.wetwebmedia.com/clnfshdisart.htm

Says to treat with PraziPro if indicated? Not sure what the heck that means, any insight on that?

yeah that's a pretty large bump, definitely not ich, ich is more like someone sprinkled salt all over the fish, I wouldn't treat with prazi pro for a bump my opinion though, just watch the fish carefully everyday see the protrusion recesses itself over time, is he still eating or showing any obvious signs of stress?

Any update on the clown? Like you said may have been a run in with something in the tank and as long as he's eating and active i would just monitor it.
