clownfish's are frieking out???

i have a 33 litre nano reef with 6kg of live rock and live sand. i have a compact t5 light which i recently changed bulbs from white 7100k to ocean blue 12000k, ever since i have done this my corals haven't been coming out and sam droopy and ill. my clownfish hid for two days to next to the heater and they wouldn't move, i wasn't to worried about this but when i got back today they were frisking out and i mean seriously going mad???

they were racing round the tank right at the edge of the glass, they looked like they wanted to get out, this is both of them, they occasionally went up to the surface and then darted back down again but they are virtually doing laps around the tank, when i fed them they only ate a little bit and carried on frisking out. BUT these clownfish have been in my tank for a few days and they are both only an inch big, is this a sign of them deciding who's gonna be female cos i did catch a couple nips at eachother which i wasn't to sure about.

all parameters are good ph is a little low but I'm trying to boost it up my salinity is quite high 1.026.

any help would be grateful :D

New bulbs are stronger so it may cause your corals to hide from too much light.

How old is your tank? How do you measure salinity?

Not sure about clowns, without more info about your system.
 
I have a maroon and a ocerllaris in my nano 10g tank. They do great and happy...the maroon likes the ceramic mug and she sleeps there every night since. The maroon occasionally snips the ocer (also smaller). I hope they will pair up soon...
There are some black dots (1 to 2 mm in diameter) on the ocer. Any idea what they are and why they appeared?
 
Tiny chance that those two clowns will pair up. The black spots could be "black ich". Do a google Image search.
 
Thanks. I'll check it out. Well I originally wanted to have two different clowns in my nano tank.. so breeding was not planned for.if they pair up, it is great :)

Well they have been together for for more than 2 months already and so far there is no sign of violence that the maroon would kill the ocer. It ocassionally snips the ocer during feeding..other than that they are fine together.

2 months isn't much of an indication of anything, the sign of violence will be the dead clown. You do realize how large maroons get? If this were my tank I would return the maroon and choose a different fish. As for the black spots on your one clown, are there any corals in the tank?
 
I love my clowns they have such character :D is it normal that they always seem hungry cos mine eat 3 times a day and are hungry like all the time ??
 
I've seen fish panic like this from low oxygen.

Not likely, will turn into one. However morphological differences of the same species should be fine. Different species, it is only a matter of time.
