Clowns and frogspawns?

I have a pair of ocellaris clown.i wanna get an anemone but with the amount of coral frags i have,dont want yo hurt them(even though they can be moved around).My friend at LFS said his clowns are in his frogspawn all the time,and the frogspawn adapts to them.What do you guys think, Do frogspawn corals actually host for clown?

Both of my clowns host in my frogspawn. I just recently got an RBTA too and they don't even go near it. They stayed in the frogspawn.
