Clowns fighting @ night only.

Size of the anemone vs size of the clownfish. Your anemone isn't big enough for the two of them so the female is establishing it is hers. The male doesn't want to give up the nem. She will beat him into submission, though it will take a while. Normal behavior.

They are acting in a typical manner.

The anemone shrinks up at night. It will become less of a problem as the anemone grows and the pair becomes bonded.

Looks like someones sleeping on the couch tonight! lol Must have talked to Ms. Midas blenny to long and your female clown got jealous.

My pair of clownfish did this for sometime because the carpet wasn't big enough for them both. After about a month or so even though the carpet didn't get bigger the female let the guy in.
