Clowns have ich maybe?

Im not sure, I'm extremely lucky, and over the years I haven't had an Ill fish

Last night, they were just fine and swimming around ad having a ball as usual, and at night I turn my circulation fan on. This morning, I was up pretty early, cut the fan off, and notice they are in a place in the tank they never go, and they flying to the surface thinking I have food. Definitely acting stressed, have little white dots

No new tank mates.
20gallons
2 Clowns (they are tiny maybe inch and a half)
5 red leg hermits
2 snails
Water conditions are pretty good. (Not perfect today is my normal water change day)

You more than likely have ich, (little white dots). Set up a qt tank and treat or do ttm (clowns only). BTW PetSmart has 10g tanks for only $10 right now. And leave display tank fallow for ich cycle...like 72 days. Sucks when it happens. Ask more questions if you need or look at posts for treatment/guides. For pics I use my PC and postimage.org...

This is her now, she is swimming around ate like a pig and all but one spot is gone.
Could the being small and the fan blowing them around stress them out and cause that?
