Clowns have not grown in over a year

I have had my onyx picasso pair for over 2 years and it appears to me that they havent grow as much as they should have. I know fish release hormones that decide if they should grow or not (at least i think i read that)

Any ideas?

I feed new spectrum pellet, form 1 & 2 flake, frozen mysis, and cyclopeeze
