I've had to many problems with anemones lately and have decided to take a break from them. Most likely till i get a better tank. Are there any corals that can act as a host site? I mean i've seen clowns hosting everything from big clams and mushrooms to plate corals but is there actually a coral that is good for this? Maybe some that aclimate to the clowns better than others? I have 3 ocellaris if that helps in the ansewer. What do you guys think?

try some form of euphylia. that is any kind of frogspawn hammer or torch. works perfectly my clowns actually spend time in their carpet GBTA and sometimes in a aussie frogspawn that is somewhat near to their carpet. but then again its a crap shoot with clowns they will host if they want or wont but it isnt uncommon at all

My clowns (ocellaris) host in Torch, hammer, frogspawn (all euphyllia sp.) toadstool leather, and sinularia finger leather. They haven't started hosting in the GBTA that I have for them.
