Clowns in cycling tank

I am presently setting up a 125g reef tank and put 130lb of LR in on Feb 10. Nitrite level is still about 20ppm. I came home yesterday and my 17y.o. son had taken a pair of oscellaris clowns out of my old 35g tank and put them in the new one. I am a bit worried about taking them out & putting them back with the others because i'm worried that as a result of this experience they might get whitenspot and contaminate the other fish. They've been in the big tank over 24 hrs now and are looking ok, eating etc. Will they make it? Is there anything I should do? Help please.

I would take them out and put them back reacclimate them first though
