Clowns make a choice

Back story:
Had a LTA with a mated pair of clowns for over 2 years.
Bought a BTA a year ago wanting to sell my LTA - LTA ended up high on rocks and other side of the tank.

Sold the LTA and purchased a carpet anemone - two small to host 2 clowns.

I placed the bta were the lta was. The two clowns never even looked at the bta and went right to the carpet.

I am afraid the carpet is too small for two clowns - and might damage the carpet anemone.

In my experience, carpets are pretty resilient. I would just keep an eye on it for signs of damage.
