clowns sick

I had two ocellaris clowns. One of them look faded and appeared to be loosing its slim layer. A few days latter it died. All of my other non-clown fish look good. My second clown is starting to look the same way. What is happening to my clowns?

Look up brooklynella and see if perhaps that could be what your fish have.

I read up on brooklynella and it looks like what the clowns have. My second clown will propably not make it. If I do not add more clowns to my tank for a period of time will the brooklynella die off? How long does it take?
