clowns spawning

Well my clowns started spawing yesterday before I got home. Problem is it was definately my orange/white one cause she had her ovipositor out, however what I thought was my other female (b&w) was over there too going over the eggs. She looked like she had a tube out as well.


Stupid question...... does the male have "you know one of those" that hangs out when he fertilizes?

They had eaten them all before daybreak this morning. here is a bad video of it.... look at the light orange patch beyond the nem.

the last week the 2 females, or so I thought have been hanging out together. left the other 2 little guys alone.

If they were eaten it was unlikely they were fertalized. Just let them continue to do their thing and If one is truly a male they will get the hang of it. I've never seen a male drop an ovipositor btw. Sounds like both are females but only time will tell.

how often do they attempt to spawn?

Every two weeks or so. Just as long as nothing disturbs them...
