Clowns Spawning?

Hi All,

Long time lurker, rare poster. Have a 55gal reef that's been running since 1990. Had some good runs and some great learning experiences[Read: Crashes] like everyone else.

Anyways, my clowns have been in the tank alone (hosting-wise) for about 3 years. 2-3 weeks ago, I bought a green BTA to which they IMMEDIATELY took to. I turned off all the flow, have the anemone the whole right side 1/3 of the tank. Today I come and see the attached. Am I trippin, or are these eggs? :)

Thanks!

Jarrod

Sorry folks, my skills are obviously lacking here. This is the link to the vid,I guess.mov isn't supported, but neither is mpeg? Okaaaaay. :)

I realize you can't see in the vid, but at the end of each of the little filaments in the pic is a white dot, that appears to be an egg? They definitely are protecting the spot, and aren't eating it. Is it eggs? If they have babies this will be BY FAR the coolest thing I've ever experienced in reefkeeping!!

Help!!!

Help!!!

Good Morning! Can anyone confirm or unconfirm these arein fact eggs? I've done some research and they look like eggs. I've also researched its extremely difficult to raise them when they hatch!

can you get a closer pic maybe? they might be eggs. but they dont look viable. they will be bright orange turning to grey after 2 or 3 days and your will hatch on day 6 or 7 depending on the temp. but if the eggs turn white then they were not fertilized or something lacking in their diet. yours look white. it will take the pair a few layings to get the nack for it.
