clowns

Not sure who told you that, but all of mine (( 3 different pair, 3 tanks )) are territorial, even the pink skunks -- which are considered passive by some -- are very territorial if another fish even comes close to their anemone. My Potter's angel has a nice chunk taken out of his tail fin because of them.

Cant beleive they arent territorial! Thats awsome.

Are you being sarcastic?

Are we talking about clownfish? I haven't seen an adult clownfish that isn't territorial; you may be referring to juveniles.

ooooooppps!

ooooooppps!

Sorry, this was suppose to be a response to a thread and hit the new thread instead of reply!

Just a side note my false is not territorial at all. My baby marroon is already a beast, my koran even stays away from that little butthead. Hes scared the crap out of me a couple times shooting out of nowhere and attacking my arm!

I used to get bloody knuckles and smashed colonies while trying to redecorate my reef because I'd jerk my hand back when my clarkii would sneak attack my arm. I've kept just about every clown available in the hobby and she was the only one to really scare me like that.

Yep and it always happens just as your arm is all twisted up. Then I swat out of frustration and he comes right back for more. DEVIL CLOWNS is what they should have called the marroons! HAHA!
